There are no major flaws, and the item is still fully functional and wearable, but it isn’t in pristine condition.

Fair:

The item shows more noticeable signs of wear, including fading, small stains, or minor tears that could be easily repaired.
It may need some attention, like mending or cleaning, but is still functional. This is the condition typically used for items that have been well-loved but are still usable.
